Uchwała nr 151 Rady Ministrów z dnia 14 czerwca 1974 r. zmieniająca uchwałę w sprawie rozszerzenia uprawnień dyrektorów państwowych przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych przemysłu kluczowego i dyrektorów ich zjednoczeń oraz w sprawie uprawnień dyrektorów zjednoczeń i przedsiębiorstw handlowych.
