Uchwała nr 7 Rady Ministrów z dnia 18 stycznia 1974 r. zmieniająca uchwałę w sprawie nagradzania za prawidłową i terminową oraz przedterminową realizację inwestycji i uchwałę w sprawie wzmocnienia dyscypliny inwestycyjnej oraz stosowania środków ekonomicznych i finansowych usprawniających proces inwestowania w jednostkach państwowych.
