Resolution of the Council of State of February 26, 1980, on establishing the interpretation of the terms "competent authority" and "court" used in the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons to Serve Their Sentence in the State of Their Nationality, ratified by the Polish People's Republic.
Uchwała Rady Państwa z dnia 26 lutego 1980 r. w sprawie ustalenia wykładni określeń "organ właściwy" i "sąd" użytych w ratyfikowanej przez Polską Rzeczpospolitą Ludową Konwencji o przekazywaniu osób skazanych na karę pozbawienia wolności w celu odbycia kary w państwie, którego są obywatelami.
