Resolution No. 262 of the Council of Ministers of December 12, 1981, on the powers of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Citizens' Militia bodies concerning formations and organizations established to protect public order or social property, as well as the principles and procedures for equipping employees and members of these formations and organizations with direct coercion and firearms, and the principles of using these means and weapons during the state of war.

Uchwała nr 262 Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 grudnia 1981 r. w sprawie uprawnień Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i organów Milicji Obywatelskiej w stosunku do formacji i organizacji powołanych do ochrony porządku publicznego lub mienia społecznego, a także zasad i trybu wyposażania pracowników i członków tych formacji i organizacji w środki przymusu bezpośredniego i w broń palną oraz zasad używania tych środków i broni w czasie obowiązywania stanu wojennego.
