Zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Komitetu do Spraw Młodzieży i Kultury Fizycznej z dnia 15 sierpnia 1988 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie warunków bezpieczeństwa osób pływających, kąpiących się i wypoczywających nad wodą oraz warunków i trybu przeprowadzania egzaminu i wydawania kart pływackich.
