Zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Komitetu do Spraw Młodzieży i Kultury Fizycznej z dnia 1 sierpnia 1989 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie zasad i trybu zmiany przynależności zawodników do stowarzyszeń kultury fizycznej i innych jednostek organizacyjnych, prowadzących działalność sportową, oraz zasad reprezentowania tych stowarzyszeń i jednostek organizacyjnych.
