Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 22 marca 1990 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie zasad i trybu pokrywania należności mieszkaniowych oraz opłat eksploatacyjnych żołnierzom uznanych za jedynych żywicieli rodzin i żołnierzom samotnym oraz zawieszania spłaty niektórych pożyczek i kredytów.
