Resolution of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of December 22, 1995 on the appointment, on the basis of Article 11 of the Constitutional Act of October 17, 1992, of a Commission to investigate the legality of actions of state bodies concerning the request to initiate preparatory proceedings in the case of committing a crime against the security of the State, addressed on December 19, 1995 by the Minister of Internal Affairs to the Military Prosecutor General's Office, and the implementation of this request.

Uchwała Sejmu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z dnia 22 grudnia 1995 r. w sprawie powołania na podstawie art. 11 Ustawy Konstytucyjnej z dnia 17 października 1992 r. Komisji do zbadania zgodności z prawem działań organów państwowych dotyczących wniosku o wszczęcie postępowania przygotowawczego w sprawie popełnienia przestępstwa przeciwko bezpieczeństwu Państwa, skierowanego w dniu 19 grudnia 1995 r. przez Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych do Naczelnej Prokuratury Wojskowej, oraz realizacji tego wniosku.
