Announcement of the Minister of Economy of September 6, 1999 on the average monthly wage in hard coal mines in the 4th quarter of 1998 and in the first and second quarters of 1999 for the purpose of determining the average monthly contribution to social insurance and the contribution to the Labour Fund and the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund refunded to employers outside mining.
