Obwieszczenie Przewodniczącego Rady Wyższego Szkolnictwa Artystycznego z dnia 9 listopada 1999 r. w sprawie uzupełnienia wykazu jednostek organizacyjnych uprawnionych do przeprowadzania przewodów kwalifikacyjnych w zakresie dziedzin sztuki i dyscyplin artystycznych wraz z określeniem stopnia nadawanych kwalifikacji.
