Government Statement of 21 September 2001 on the approval of the Agreement of 19 July 2001 between the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of the Republic of Poland and the Minister of Transport, Post and Telecommunications of the Slovak Republic amending the Agreement between the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Economy of the Republic of Poland and the Ministry of Transport, Post and Telecommunications of the Slovak Republic on the location of the planned D 18 motorway on the Slovak side and the planned dual carriageway on the Polish side at the Polish-Slovak state border between the localities of Skalite and Zwardoń and their course in the border zone, drawn up in Bratislava on 29 November 1995.

Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 21 września 2001 r. w sprawie zatwierdzenia Porozumienia z dnia 19 lipca 2001 r. między Ministrem Transportu i Gospodarki Morskiej Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Ministrem Transportu , Poczty i Telekomunikacji Republiki Słowackiej zmieniającego Porozumienie pomiędzy Ministerstwem Transportu i Gospodarki Morskiej Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Ministerstwem Transportu, Poczt i Łączności Republiki Słowackiej o miejscu połączenia planowanej autostrady D 18 po stronie słowackiej i planowanej drogi dwujezdniowej po stronie polskiej na granicy państwowej polsko-słowackiej pomiędzy miejscowościami Skalite i Zwardoń oraz ich przebiegu w strefie przygranicznej, sporządzone w Bratysławie dnia 29 listopada 1995 r.
