Resolution of the National Electoral Commission of 30 October 2002 amending the resolution on the determination of ballot designs for elections to municipal councils, district councils and regional assemblies, the Council of the Capital City of Warsaw and district councils in the Capital City of Warsaw, as well as mayors, town mayors and city presidents.
Uchwała Państwowej Komisji Wyborczej z dnia 30 października 2002 r. zmieniająca uchwałę w sprawie ustalenia wzorów kart do głosowania w wyborach do rad gmin, rad powiatów i sejmików województw, Rady miasta stołecznego Warszawy i rad dzielnic w mieście stołecznym Warszawie oraz wójtów, burmistrzów i prezydentów miast.
