Uchwała Państwowej Komisji Wyborczej z dnia 18 października 2006 r. w sprawie wytycznych dla terytorialnych komisji wyborczych, dotyczących sposobu ustalania wyników głosowania i wyników wyborów do rad gmin, rad powiatów, sejmików województw, Rady m.st.
