Decision of the Minister of Development of January 8, 2016, on preliminary findings made within the framework of the re-examination of the case concluded by the Decision of the Minister of Economy of August 17, 2000, on the imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty, in connection with the import into the Polish customs territory of pocket lighters, in order to circumvent the anti-dumping duty established by the Decision of the Minister of Economy of October 26, 1998.
