Regulation of the Council of Ministers of July 16, 1924, on the division of the Równe poviat into two administrative units and the creation of the Kostopol poviat, as well as the regulation of the borders of the poviats: Równe, Dubno, Łuck, Ostróg, Krzemieniec, and Horochów.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 lipca 1924 r. w sprawie podziału powiatu rówieńskiego na dwie jednostki administracyjne i kreowania powiatu kostopolskiego tudzież regulacji granic powiatów: rówieńskiego, dubnowskiego, łuckiego, ostrogskiego, krzemienieckiego i horochowskiego.
