Announcement of October 31, 1924, concerning the correction of the Council of Ministers Regulation of July 16, 1924, on the division of the Równe district into two administrative units and the creation of the Kostopol district, as well as the regulation of the borders of the districts of Równe, Dubno, Łuck, Ostróg, Krzemieniec, and Horochów.
