Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of September 17, 1927, issued in agreement with the Minister of the Treasury, on the transfer to voivodes, acting in agreement with the presidents of tax chambers, of the powers of the Minister of the Interior, acting in agreement with the Minister of the Treasury, from Art. 31 of the Law of August 11, 1923, on the temporary regulation of municipal finances.
