Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Finance of September 17, 1927, on the transfer to voivodes, acting in agreement with the presidents of tax chambers, of the powers of the Minister of Internal Affairs, acting in agreement with the Minister of Finance, to decide on appeals of municipalities against decisions of district departments concerning municipal budgets.
