Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of September 11, 1928, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance, on the amendment of § 9 and the supplement to § 12 of the Regulation of the II Minister of the Interior of March 18, 1924, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance for the purpose of implementing the law of August 11, 1923, on the temporary regulation of communal finances.
