Decree of May 24, 1945, repealing the Act of March 31, 1925, on the official language of courts, prosecutor's offices and notaries in the districts of the courts of appeal in Poznań and Toruń, and the Act of August 7, 1937, on extending the said Act to the area of the district court in Katowice.

Dekret z dnia 24 maja 1945 r. o uchyleniu ustawy z dnia 31 marca 1925 r. o języku urzędowym sądów, urzędów prokuratorskich i notariuszy w okręgach sądów apelacyjnych w Poznaniu i Toruniu oraz ustawy z dnia 7 sierpnia 1937 r. o rozciągnięciu tejże ustawy na obszar sądu okręgowego w Katowicach.
