Regulation of the Minister of Forestry and Wood Industry of May 6, 1972, on the determination of offenses for which certain officials of the forestry administration and nature protection guard are authorized to impose fines by way of penalty tickets, and on the principles and method of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Leśnictwa i Przemysłu Drzewnego z dnia 6 maja 1972 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które niektórzy funkcjonariusze administracji leśnej i Straży Ochrony Przyrody upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
