Regulation of the Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of 14 November 1987 on determining the offenses for which officials of the State Environmental Protection Inspectorate, territorial state administration bodies with special competence for environmental protection, water management and geology, and nature protection guards are authorized to impose fines by way of a penalty ticket.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Ochrony Środowiska i Zasobów Naturalnych z dnia 14 listopada 1987 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze Państwowej Inspekcji Ochrony Środowiska, terenowych organów administracji państwowej o właściwości szczególnej do spraw ochrony środowiska, gospodarki wodnej i geologii oraz Straży Ochrony Przyrody są upoważnieni do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego.
