Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 23 lipca 1992 r. w sprawie tworzenia, organizacji i kontroli zakładów opieki zdrowotnej utworzonych przez Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych, rodzajów dokumentacji medycznej, sposobów prowadzenia i szczegółowych warunków jej udostępniania w tych zakładach.
