Rozporządzenie Ministra Rolnictwa i Gospodarki Żywnościowej z dnia 6 kwietnia 1994 r. w sprawie określenia szczegółowego trybu sprzedaży nieruchomości i ich części składowych, warunków rozkładania ceny sprzedaży na raty, stawki szacunkowej gruntów oraz trybu przeprowadzania przetargów na dzierżawę.
