Rozporządzenie Ministra Skarbu Państwa z dnia 8 sierpnia 1997 r. w sprawie określenia szczegółowego trybu sprzedaży nieruchomości i ich części składowych, warunków rozkładania ceny sprzedaży na raty, stawki szacunkowej gruntów oraz trybu przeprowadzania przetargów na dzierżawę.
