Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Socjalnej z dnia 2 marca 1995 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie trybu składania wykazów i wniosków o wypłatę świadczeń z Funduszu Gwarantowanych Świadczeń Pracowniczych, przekazywania środków z tego Funduszu oraz dokonywania wypłat świadczeń.
