Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 31 July 1995 on the procedure for submitting statements and applications for payment of benefits from the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund, the transfer of funds from this Fund, and the payment of benefits.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Socjalnej z dnia 31 lipca 1995 r. w sprawie trybu składania wykazów i wniosków o wypłatę świadczeń z Funduszu Gwarantowanych Świadczeń Pracowniczych, przekazywania środków z tego Funduszu oraz dokonywania wypłat świadczeń.
