Regulation of the Minister of Industry and Trade of March 1, 1995, amending the regulation on determining offenses for which officials of the State Trade Inspection are authorized to impose fines by means of penalty orders, and on the principles and method of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 1 marca 1995 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze organów Państwowej Inspekcji Handlowej upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
