Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of February 17, 1998, on the determination of offenses for which officials of the State Trade Inspectorate are authorized to impose fines by way of penalty tickets, and the rules and method of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji z dnia 17 lutego 1998 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze organów państwowej Inspekcji Handlowej upoważnieni są do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
