Agreement concluded on March 11, 1994 in the form of an exchange of letters between the Republic of Poland and the European Community concerning Annex IVb to the Interim Agreement concerning trade and trade-related matters between the Republic of Poland and the European Economic Community and the European Coal and Steel Community and the European Agreement establishing an association between the Republic of Poland and the European Communities and their Member States, done in Brussels on December 16, 1991.

Porozumienie zawarte dnia 11 marca 1994 r. w formie wymiany listów między Rzecząpospolitą Polską a Wspólnotą Europejską dotyczące załącznika IVb Umowy przejściowej dotyczącej handlu i spraw związanych z handlem między Rzecząpospolitą Polską a Europejską Wspólnotą Gospodarczą i Europejską Wspólnotą Węgla i Stali oraz Układu Europejskiego ustanawiającego stowarzyszenie między Rzecząpospolitą Polską a Wspólnotami Europejskimi i ich państwami Członkowskimi, sporządzonych w Brukseli dnia 16 grudnia 1991 r.
