Government Statement of 1 February 1995 on the Entry into Force of the Agreement concluded on 11 March 1994 in the form of an exchange of letters between the Republic of Poland and the European Community, concerning Annex IVb to the Interim Agreement on Trade and Trade-Related Matters between the Republic of Poland and the European Economic Community and the European Coal and Steel Community and to the Europe Agreement establishing an association between the Republic of Poland and the European Communities and their Member States, done in Brussels on 16 December 1991.
