Regulation of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of January 7, 1998, on the principles of assessing physical and mental fitness for service in the Office for State Protection, as well as the procedure for determining this fitness and the jurisdiction and procedure for proceedings in these matters by medical commissions subordinate to the Head of the Office for State Protection.
