Regulation of the President of the Council of Ministers of November 21, 2001, on the principles of assessing physical and mental fitness for service in the Office for State Protection, as well as the procedure for determining this fitness and the jurisdiction and procedure of medical commissions subordinate to the Head of the Office for State Protection.
Rozporządzenie Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 21 listopada 2001 r. w sprawie zasad oceny zdolności fizycznej i psychicznej do służby w Urzędzie Ochrony Państwa, a także trybu orzekania o tej zdolności oraz właściwości i trybu postępowania w tych sprawach komisji lekarskich podległych Szefowi Urzędu Ochrony Państwa.
