Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 21, 1999 amending the regulation on the list of diseases and the list of medicines, diagnostic preparations, and disposable equipment which, due to these diseases, may be prescribed free of charge, at a lump-sum fee, or at a partial charge.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 21 grudnia 1999 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wykazu chorób oraz wykazu leków, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku, które ze względu na te choroby mogą być przepisywane bezpłatnie, za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością.
