Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of December 9, 1998, on the list of diseases and the list of medicines, diagnostic preparations and disposable equipment, which due to these diseases may be prescribed free of charge, at a lump-sum or partial charge.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 9 grudnia 1998 r. w sprawie wykazu chorób oraz wykazu leków, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku, które ze względu na te choroby mogą być przepisywane bezpłatnie , za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością.
