Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Care of August 17, 1999 amending the regulation on the list of diseases and the list of medicines, diagnostic preparations, and disposable equipment that, due to these diseases, may be prescribed free of charge, at a flat rate, or with partial co-payment.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 17 sierpnia 1999 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wykazu chorób oraz wykazu leków, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku, które ze względu na te choroby mogą być przepisywane bezpłatnie, za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością.
