Regulation of the Minister of Health of August 18, 2000, amending the regulation on the list of diseases and the list of medicines, diagnostic preparations, and single-use equipment that, due to these diseases, may be prescribed free of charge, at a flat rate, or with partial co-payment.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 18 sierpnia 2000 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wykazu chorób oraz wykazu leków, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku, które ze względu na te choroby mogą być przepisywane bezpłatnie, za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością.
