Regulation of the President of the Council of Ministers of November 28, 2002 on granting veterinary inspection, trade quality inspection of agricultural and food articles, and plant protection and seed inspection inspectors the powers to impose fines by way of a penalty ticket.
Rozporządzenie Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 28 listopada 2002 r. w sprawie nadania inspektorom Inspekcji Weterynaryjnej, Inspekcji Jakości Handlowej Artykułów Rolno-Spożywczych oraz Inspekcji Ochrony Roślin i Nasiennictwa uprawnień do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego.
