Order of the Minister of the Food Industry and Procurement of December 15, 1960, on norms for natural losses during cooling, chilling, and storage of pork, beef, veal, and lamb, offal and by-products of slaughtered animals, raw fats, and during storage of cured meats and meat products in meat plants subordinate to the Central Meat Industry.
