Resolution of the National Electoral Commission of October 23, 2006, on guidelines for municipal and town election commissions regarding the procedure in elections of a mayor, town mayor, and city president, if only one candidate can participate in the repeat voting or if, as a result of changes in the list of candidates, the condition for holding the vote is the printing of new ballot papers
Uchwała Państwowej Komisji Wyborczej z dnia 23 października 2006 r. w sprawie wytycznych dla gminnych i miejskich komisji wyborczych, dotyczących sposobu postępowania w wyborach wójta, burmistrza i prezydenta miasta, jeżeli w ponownym głosowaniu może uczestniczyć tylko jeden kandydat lub gdy na skutek zmian na liście kandydatów warunkiem przeprowadzenia głosowania jest wydrukowanie nowych kart do głosowania
