Resolution of the National Electoral Commission of November 29, 2010, amending the resolution on guidelines for municipal and district electoral commissions regarding the procedure in situations where only one candidate participates in the elections for mayor, city mayor, or city president, or in a repeat vote, and when, as a result of changes in the list of candidates, the condition for holding the vote is the printing of new ballot papers
Uchwała Państwowej Komisji Wyborczej z dnia 29 listopada 2010 r. zmieniająca uchwałę w sprawie wytycznych dla gminnych i obwodowych komisji wyborczych, dotyczących sposobu postępowania w sytuacji, gdy w wyborach wójta, burmistrza i prezydenta miasta lub w ponownym głosowaniu będzie uczestniczyć tylko jeden kandydat oraz gdy na skutek zmian na liście kandydatów warunkiem przeprowadzenia głosowania jest wydrukowanie nowych kart do głosowania
